Real Estate Pre-License Classes
The State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation requires all real estate agents to study and complete a broker education course and exam.
To qualify for an Illinois Real Estate Broker License in the State of Illinois you must be at least 21 years old, a high school graduate or equivalent, successfully complete the required coursework and pass the state licensing exam.
RE/MAX Deal Makers provides both onsite training and other options for new brokers looking to obtain their license in the State of Illinois.
